Sync Digital Solutions was established in 2016 after the sale of Immediate Media in 2015. The firm originally started as a cross-industry marketing agency but with the acquisition of Diyobo and the success of the event, Fear, CEO Jay Hall pivoted to a full service IT and marketing firm specializing in event management and ticketing.

Our team specializes in website development, online and IRL design, SEO, social media marketing, and consultation. Through the agency side we provide marketing and operations solutions for each of our clients. Of those solutions that are encountered by a wide range of clients and the industry as a whole, we streamline and incorporate them into INCREDEVENT.

About our CEO
Jay Hall is an event planner, entrepreneur, and writer. As the 1st customer of Diyobo in 2008 and a part of the initial dev team, Jay has an intimate understanding of INCREDEVENT’s core functionality. He developed SyncDS’ business model to aid in the development and marketing of in-house projects like Diyobo/TicketTote/INCREDEVENT while having reliable capital from client business. Jay has produced over 1,000 events including the recently sold, Fear Halloween experience.
