3 Tips for Posting on Instagram:

  1. Schedule your Posts Following a schedule will kill 2 birds with 1 stone…. or possibly 3 or 4. Your marketing will stay organized, your posts will be optimized for when your followers are most engaged, PLUS most scheduling platforms have a preview option. This is a huge marketing advantage as you can pick the best time AND the best placement for your post. Lastly, if you forgot to follow our sizing chart, you’ll catch any awkwardly cropped images/videos.

  2. Choose a Cover Photo Always, always choose a cover photo. It’s a simple, small step, but it will keep your profile looking cohesive and professional. If you can’t find a good snapshot to use as a cover photo, choose the carousel option instead. That way you have a branded image before your video.

  3. Don’t Forget about Highlights Instagram highlights are a great way to inform visitors about your profile & market your business. If you have an informative post, share it to your story and save it as a highlight. Just like everything else, make sure the cover photo is sized correctly and matches your brand. If you want to go the extra mile, choose a theme for each highlight.
